Legal basis

According to Article 28(1) of Regulation (EU) 2021/782 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2021 on rail passengers' rights and obligations, each railway undertaking and each station manager with an annual average of at least 10 000 passengers per day shall establish a complaint handling mechanism concerning the rights and obligations referred to in that Regulation in their respective area of competence.
