Delay compensation

To be eligible for delay compensation, a minimum of 48 hours of travel must have passed.

Please be aware that a delay exceeding 60 minutes is required to claim a ticket refund.

For trips experiencing delays of more than 60 minutes, 50% of the fare will be reimbursed, and for delays exceeding 90 minutes, 100% will be refunded.

In case that the delay is caused by force majeure, no compensation is due.

Refunds will be processed within 24 hours and returned to the original payment

method used for ticket purchase.

If you made your purchase through an intermediary, a refund will be sent in the form of a voucher, which can be utilized for your next purchase. This voucher will remain valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
